Sandra Ann (Cassettari) Wright, 76, of Webster, MA, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2023, at Webster Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Webster, MA. She was born on December 2, 1947.
Sandra led a remarkable life, leaving behind an indelible impact on the people she encountered throughout her journey. She dedicated over twenty years of her career to serving others as a Customer Service representative at Walmart. Her commitment to providing excellent service showcased her unparalleled work ethic and dedication to helping others.
She attended Saint Louis School in Webster, MA, where she completed her high school education and graduated in 1965.
Sandra had a profound love for exploring new destinations—both within the United States and internationally. She particularly cherished visits to The Bahamas,California,Florida, Las Vegas, Mexico, and Japan among other places. With an adventurous spirit, she sought out new experiences and treasured the memories she created during these trips. Additionally, Sandra enjoyed spending time at the local casinos, these venues provided an outlet for leisure and entertainment.
Her family remained at the core of Sandra’s life. She is survived by her beloved companion and high school sweetheart of over 40 years, Clarence “Junior” E. Magnant, who provided unwavering support throughout their journey together. Sandra leaves behind cherished memories for her loving, devoted daughter, Heather J. Wright, her beautiful granddaughter Isabella “Izzy” Wright and her sweet, and thoughtful step-son, Dennis Magnant.
Sandra is also survived by two loving sisters, Paula Wheeler,her husband Richard of Crystal River, Florida, and Donna Messier, her husband Jeff Macrini from Homosassa, Florida along with several nieces and nephews.
She also leaves behind her close friend “the other daughter” Barbara Slawski who provided unwavering support, friendship, and love.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Alfred J. Cassettari, her mother, Esther B. (Kaliszewski) Cassettari, her brother Ronald J.Cassettari and former spouse and best friend Thomas B. Wright II.
Sandra Ann Wright’s strong will, warm-heartedness, generosity, dedication to service, and zest for life will be remembered by many.
The family would like to acknowledge the dedication, devotion and compassionate care that The Webster Manor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and The Hospice of Western and Central Mass provided during Sandra’s final days.
May she rest in eternal peace and feel the love of our Lord’s embrace.
