Faith A. Gallant

Faith Ann (Warchol) Gallant passed away peacefully at home, after a long illness on September 9, 2024, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Gardner, MA on April 11, 1950.

Faith is survived by her daughter, Allison Gallant-Lake, who has been by her side throughout this long journey. She also leaves behind her very special grandson,  Frederick (Scooter) Lake , currently serving in the US Navy at Fort Sam Houston Joint Base in San Antonio, TX. Faith was one of nine children. She currently had three sisters, Elizabeth, Alice, and Linda and one brother James who all live locally. She was pre-deceased by her sisters, Barbara, Natalie, Sandra and Deborah, as well as both parents. 

Faith was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and nurse. She started her nursing career as an LPN and later became a Registered Nurse. She spent a majority of her career working in the Emergency Room at Burbank Hospital until it closed. She continued on to the Federal Medical Center at Fort Devens and ending her career once again in the Emergency Room at Clinton Hospital. She was well known for being truly passionate about her career. She was loved and respected by her co-workers and her patients. 

Faith enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing KENO, animals and especially spending time with her grandson. She traveled to many tropical places, her favorite being Hawaii. She often tried her luck in Vegas and when at home tended to her garden and her love, Annie, her cat. Throughout her life Faith valued her relationship with God as she continued to be a  dedicated member of the Catholic Church. 

The  family would like to extend their gratitude to Care Central VNA and Hospice for the exemplary care they provided over the past 18 months.

Funeral Services to be held  at St. Cecilia Church 188 Mechanic St. Leominster, MA on Wednesday September 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM. 

In lieu of flowers Faith requested donations be made to Street Cat Angels 463 Milk St. Fitchburg, Ma.
