Having been in the funeral home business for nearly 100 years we know that traditional burial services can be expensive, time-intensive to plan and they don’t provide much flexibility.

At our funeral home located in Central Massachusetts, we noticed that it was becoming common for people to ask us about alternatives to traditional burial services. It was also hard to tell families about the cost of their funeral service. We just couldn’t bear it anymore and knew we could offer families a better option. In January of 2020, we decided to start Comfort Cremation, specialize 100% in cremation services, and help more families find an affordable and flexible approach to honoring their loved ones. In fact, the average family saves $5,000 by choosing cremation.
